Cancellation Policy for Genting Hotel at Resorts World Birmingham 
 

• From confirmation until 5th of May 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation no cancellation charges are applied. 
• From 6th of May 2025 to 3rd July  2025, in case of cancellation of reservation 30% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected. 
• From 4th of July 2025 to 04th of August, in case of cancellation of reservation 80% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected. 
• From 5th of August 2025 to 20th of August 2025, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 95% of the total stay reserved. 
• From 21st of August 2025, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total stay reserved. 

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: imhx@bnetwork.com. Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

• From 11th  of August 2025, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total stay reserved.
